Here are the instructions for using the documents that are available to you to object to the mandatory mask for elementary school children:

1) Send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the principal of your child’s school
composition of this registered mail :
- the letter to the principal of the school adapted by name (name of the principal, school, …) with your name and signature.
- attached: the letter to Minister Désir (see address in the letter)
- the 6 reference articles

Please keep the proof of sending this letter + the acknowledgement of receipt

2) Additional possibility of sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Minister Desire.

Composition of this registered mail:
The letter for Minister Désir that you sign and add your contact information and date at the beginning of the letter (handwritten is also good)
The 6 reference articles

3) Finally, your children will be going back to school tomorrow, so the registered mail will not have arrived yet. So it would be a good idea to organize with other parents you know to coordinate. As a reminder, between the reception of an injunction and the act of obedience, there is the reflexive stage that allows you to make the choice to obey or not.

Suggested actions:
- On Monday morning, parents gathered at the entrance of the school with a letter already printed and had it signed by several parents before handing it to the principal.
- drop your children off at school tomorrow without masks and without PCR test results. The management will obviously not be able to put a lot of young children on the street.
