How do I change my mailing address for newspaper delivery?

Submit your change of address request via our contact form. (NB: it will soon be possible to change your postal address directly in your profile)

Please note: if we are approaching a publication date, your new address may not be taken into account until the next issue! If possible, please inform us of your new address at least 2 weeks before the publication date mentioned on the homepage of our site.

I have not received confirmation of my subscription and/or payment.

When you subscribe, you will receive an automatic notification when your payment is received. Remember to check your spam folder to see if you have received anything in your inbox.

If you paid by bank transfer, there is a delay of several days (and more in vacation periods ☺️ )

I did not receive the newspaper although it is already in the bookstore, should I worry?

Postal shipments often need an extra week, and up to 2 weeks for international shipments.

After this period, contact us via the form to verify that your postal address is correct and complete.

Where am I in my subscription? When does it end?

Log in to your account, the expiration date of your digital subscription is mentioned there. The expiry date of the ‘paper’ subscription is not exactly the same as it depends on the number of issues but it is a good estimate.

You will receive a red label on your last paper newspaper, inviting you to renew your subscription if you wish.

Is it possible to subscribe to the paper newspaper without registering on your website?

We prefer online registration for reasons of management time and ease of contact. However, it is still possible to subscribe or re-subscribe by bank transfer.

Specify in the communication of your transfer what the amount paid corresponds to, as well as your complete mailing address.

Note that in this case you do not have an account allowing access to digital content.

Is my subscription renewal automatic?

No, we do not have any recurring charges. Subscription renewals are exclusively on a voluntary and conscious basis!

I did not receive the newspaper, is it possible to send it back to me at your expense?

Unfortunately not, because when sending a newspaper in an envelope, the postage costs more than the selling price of the newspaper!

How to order back issues?

Select this option in the contact form, specify the desired number(s) and their number, as well as the country of destination in order to calculate the delivery costs. We will then inform you of the total amount and you can confirm or not your order.

I was invited on social networks to participate in a contest / lottery that seems to be organized by Kairos and that offers to win money, is that you?

No !! Unfortunately, someone is impersonating us by creating accounts with names very similar to ours and using our visuals. He leaves comments to our followers to encourage them to participate in so-called contests / sweepstakes.

These are scams, do not give out your personal or bank details.

You can report these fake pages to the host.

You will receive a notification when your order is prepared. The shipment is usually done the next day. In order to minimize shipping costs, these are standard shipments, without track & trace.

I forgot to mention the order number when communicating my transfer!

Don’t panic, most of the time we can identify which order the payment corresponds to. It just extends the validation time.

In some cases, for example if the names do not match, this can make identification difficult or impossible. In this case it is useful to contact us via the contact form.

Specify that you need an invoice in the « comment » field when you place your order, and fill in the necessary information (company number in particular).
