WHO’s global governance on pandemics

Quietly, the Ministers of Health of the 194 WHO Member States are opening a special meeting today, November 29, 2021, to discuss more independent governance of the WHO on pandemic management. Massive funding, restriction of committee decisions to the national level, negotiation of new legal instruments, availability of vaccines and the right of investigation are on the table. The goal: to establish an urgent international treaty for global governance of pandemic management.
