Kairos vs. Youtube case — court release — Alexandre Penasse

Kairos, a free media, files a complaint against Google, one of the pillars of Gafam. Before debating the merits of the case, especially the essential question that private actors have set themselves up as holders of the public word, we ask that the video of the Great Debate be put back online. We will know in maximum one month.

The case is fundamental in determining whether freedom of expression is superior to private interest.
