Pandemic decree, the totalitarianism of the State in progress

The Walloon « pandemic decree », modifying the Walloon Code of Social Action and Health with regard to health promotion and prevention, will have been voted in the greatest silence on February 03, 2022. However, the rights that it grants associated with the vagueness of many of these articles sign the totalitarian possibility of the expression of power. Some excerpts: « The regional health inspectors, physicians or nurses referred to in paragraph¹ have the right to enter any place that has been frequented by the person or persons suffering from an infectious disease or by animals contaminated or suspected of being contaminated. » (…) « The regional health inspectors, physicians, or nurses referred to in paragraph¹ shall, if necessary, order the isolation, treatment, and, if required, the killing and burning of contaminated or suspected animals. » (…) « The regional health inspectors, physicians, or nurses referred to in paragraph¹ shall, if necessary, order the isolation of persons who are contaminated or may have been contaminated, for a period not exceeding the period of their contagiousness. This isolation is carried out, depending on the circumstances:

a) within a hospital department relevant to the given health situation and identified by the isolation decision adopted by the Agency’s physician in charge of infectious disease surveillance following consultation with the hospital concerned;

b) at home;

© in another appropriate place for that purpose.

In view of the dramatic management by the public authorities of Covid-19, the censorship and the lies about the absence of treatment, the mortality rate, the saturation of hospitals, the effectiveness of vaccines, this decree would only ratify the factory of falsehood and would give even more power to criminal governments.
