Marc Doyer had confidence in his government and the French state. When his wife Mauricette went to get vaccinated, it was nothing more than a formality for him. Like others who have lost wife, child, sister, mother, father, brother and friends, the impossible has happened. To protect themselves from a virus that is not very dangerous — as long as the patient is treated in time with the right molecules — people have died by being vaccinated. Mauricette contracted Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease a few days after the vaccination. A descent into hell of several months for her and the one who loved her.
