Interim injunction against the CPPAP decision: the court gives reason to FranceSoir

RELEASE — The Paris Administrative Court’s ruling has just been handed down. In a decision dated January 13, 2023, the Court ruled in favor of FranceSoir and pronounced the suspension of the decision of December 5, 2022 by which the CPPAP refused the renewal of the registration in its registers of our site as an online press service « until the legality of this decision has been decided on the merits ».
