Portuguese judge files complaint for crimes against humanity

The judge Rui da Fonseca e Castro, filed a complaint against the Portuguese president, the government, The Task Force, for crimes against humanity. He blames them for lying about the mortality figures of covid, implementing a containment that had no reason to be and had catastrophic effects on people, forcing the wearing of masks, useless and dangerous … On October 8, the Superior Council of the Magistracy of Portugal, decided unanimously to expel the judge Rui Fonseca e Castro, accusing him of having used his position to make « defamatory statements » and « harm the control of the disease. » This decision implies « an immediate cessation of service ».
We see that whatever the function of the critic, whatever the country, the State, in the service of the private good, is unleashed to silence those who refuse the official narrative.
