Assault of our journalist at the « demonstration for freedom » on Sunday, January 23, 2022

While our journalist Alexandre Penasse was filming the demonstration, police officers, to whom he was showing his journalist’s card, assaulted and gassed him twice, pushing him violently into the hedge. We are waiting for the reaction of the Association of Professional Journalists… The police violence during this historic demonstration, which saw hundreds of thousands of people come, saw even more violent forces of order than usual.
